Plant Walk with Dick Cloud

All are welcome to join our free, volunteer-guided plant walks to experience and learn about some of the mulititude of plant species at the refuge. Diverse habitats – woodland, creek, field and large open water impoundment – sustain a variety of plants. Meet at the visitor center. No experience necessary. Dress for seasonal weather and be prepared to walk outside for 2-3 hours. Walks may not proceed in inclement weather; call Heinz Refuge Visitors Center at 215-365-3118 if any questions.
