Turkey Trek and Trivia at ChesLen Preserve

Make room for Thanksgiving dinner and test your “turkey IQ” with Natural Lands Trust staff and volunteers. We’ll burn calories trekking the trails, and stretch our brains with some tough turkey trivia along the way!
This physically (and mentally!) challenging 3.5-mile hike traverses the beautiful woodlands and meadows of our 1,263-acre ChesLen Preserve. ChesLen is one of the largest private nature preserves in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering more than 31 miles of trails to hike and explore. There are many points on the property from which visitors can gaze for miles in any direction and see virtually no signs of modern development.
Wear sturdy boots for walking on uneven, potentially muddy trails. Bring a water bottle and dress for seasonal weather including layers and rain gear, if necessary. Participants meet at the Lenfest Center.
